Modification and Enforcement of prior orders

Orders may be enforced or modified by subsequent court orders entered in modification or enforcement proceedings. Once an order has been entered and a party has failed to comply with said court order, the available remedy may be to seek enforcement of that order. In a case where a substantial change in circumstances has occurred since the entry of a prior order, orders affecting parental rights or support rights may be modified.
